Playground Terms of Use and Conditions

We, Temper Systems, Inc. provides through its web properties, a playground for you to learn about and experiment with the Temper language. This service may be found at playground.temper.systems.

  2. We claim no ownership in content you post, upload, provide, or submit ("Posting") to the service.

  3. However, by posting your submission you are granting us, our affiliated companies and necessary sublicensees permission to use your submission in connection with the operation and improvement of the service.

  4. When sharing content via the service the user grants all other users of the service rights to view, modify, download, clone and republish the original code.

  5. We don't take any responsibility for the content posted by any user in any way (code pasted, comments, etc). It's prohibited to use this service to post pornographic, racist, discriminatory, vulgar or offensive content. Users are liable for posting any such content.

  6. You agree not to upload information protected by intellectual property including, for example, copyright or trademark laws (or by rights of privacy or publicity) unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consent to do the same.

  7. We don't make any promises about this service like specific functions, reliability, availability or ability to meet your needs, we provide the service "AS IS".

  8. We take no responsibility, financial or otherwise, for any damage or loss resulting from the use of the service, including but not limited to damage to a user's hardware and software.
